Permanent magnetic separators for liquids to be purified which comprise one or more ferromagnetic catch and discharge bodies for the impurities contained in the liquid, which impurities are removed by means of at least one stripper from the effective adhesive surface, wherein said catch and discharge body or bodies is polarized from the outside, said catch and discharge body or bodies consisting of two bowl-shaped rotary bodies placed opposite each other and separated by an operating gap, and at least one of said catch and discharge bodies is positioned rotatably between two pole shoes placed opposite each other of at least one magnetic yoke. Additional features and particular embodiments include, among others, juxtaposed pairs of the catch and discharge bodies and switching units for effecting shorting of the magnetic lines of force.

 t The invention relates to the field of mineral fossil enrichment. A magnetic separator is known, which includes a working body, executable in the form of discs installed with a gap and made of magnetic material, a bath, a magnetic system of permanent magnets, a loading and unloading device l. The disadvantage of this separator is the low efficiency of the separation process. A magnetic separator is also known, which includes a closed magnetic system consisting of permanent magnet magnetic cores and poles, made with holes, working bodies placed between the poles and installed with a gap, a scraper dp removing the emitted fraction, a feed inlet of the starting material and ki separation products G2. The disadvantage of this separator is also the low efficiency of the separation process. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the separation process. This goal is achieved by the fact that the working bodies are made in the form of tea and placed on the input pipes of the source material, with the scraper installed in the gap between the working bodies, the working bodies and the input pipes of the source material are made of one piece. The separator includes a closed compact system. consisting of magnetic cores 1,2, permanent magnets 3,4,5,6 and poles 7, 8, made with holes, nozzles 9, 10 of input material, placed in the holes of poles 7, 8, bath 11, placed between the poles, working bodies-bowls 12, 13, made in the form of bowls, installed with a gap and placed on the connections 9, 10 rotatably, scraper 14, installed in the gap between the working bodies, non-magnetic fraction receiver 15, gear rims 16, 17, bearings liB. one part with nozzles 9, 10 and, in addition, it is equipped with a switch 19 consisting of ferromagnetic parts 20, 21 having a circular segment in cross section and fixed with a gap on the non-magnetic block 22.
The operation of the separator is carried out in the following manner.
The source material through the pipes 9, 10 is fed to the inner surface of the working bodies of the bowls 12, 13, which are rotated through the gear rims 16, 17 and move towards the gap between the cups where there is a strong homogeneous magnetic field. Fluid with non-magnetic particles is removed from the separator to the receiver 15, the magnetic particles are attracted to the end surfaces of the cups and discharged into the receiver of the magnetic fraction by means of a scraper 14.
Bowls can rotate in one direction or in opposite directions. In the second case, bridge chains, of magnetic particles, are destroyed, which ensures higher quality separation products.
A switch .19 allows the magnet system to be short-circuited, which makes it possible to clean the surfaces of the bowls.
Thus, the implementation of the working bodies in the form of bowls and placing them on the input pipes of the source material with the placement of the scraper between the working bodies allows to increase the efficiency of the separation process.

1. Magnetic separator including a closed magnetic system consisting of magnetic core, permanent magnets and poles made with holes, working bodies placed between the poles and installed with a gap, a scraper to remove the separated fractions, nozzles of the input material and core receivers of separation products, differing from the fact that, in order to increase the efficiency of the separation process, the working bodies are made in the form of cups and placed on the input pipes of the starting material.
